We teamed up with B Lab Italy at the very start of their journey, helping them establish a strong and inspiring digital presence.
Our role focused on visual storytelling — designing content for LinkedIn and Instagram and creating a vibrant video to celebrate a major milestone: the first 300 Italian companies joining the B Corp movement.
The challenge was to translate B Lab’s global mission into an Italian context — keeping their values intact, while making the visuals engaging, accessible, and true to the local community.

B Lab Italy is the local branch of a global non-profit network that drives the B Corp movement — companies using business as a force for good.
With over 9,500 B Corps worldwide (4,000+ in Europe and 330+ in Italy), the movement seeks to build an economy that is more inclusive, fair, and regenerative for people and the planet.

Our approach
The visuals had to reflect B Lab Italy’s credibility while also showing that positive change can be celebrated with energy and creativity.
We chose a design strategy that was versatile and human: serious when needed, playful when possible.
Social Media Design
We collaborated closely with the B Lab Italy team and copywriter Sébastien Poulin, who shaped the messaging.
Our responsibility was to transform this into visuals — layouts, graphics, and animations tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram. We participated in brainstorms, aligned with brand guidelines, and made sure the final look was both polished and distinctly Italian in spirit.
Celebratory Video
For the milestone of 300 Italian B Corps, we produced a cheerful, dynamic video designed to be projected during a celebration event. More than just content, it became part of the atmosphere — a moving backdrop that turned the numbers into a festive story.
