We are a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company's social responsibility falls under two categories: compliance and proactiveness. Compliance refers to our company's commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.
Compliance
Our company respects the local legislation of the country in which we and our clients operate. As well we honor its internal policies. Tigre Rossa ensures that all its business operations are legitimate and keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent.
We conduct business with integrity and respect for human rights.
We monitor the working conditions of our employees, financial compensation must always correspond to the efforts made by the employee and satisfy his needs. An employee must not work more than standard working hours, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. With the exception of urgent specific orders for which the employee is taken solely of his own choice, for a large financial compensation.
Towards our clients, we have developed a transparent process of project conduct. The client receives a fair commercial proposal with all steps of the project described in detail, total or approximate price and instructions on how exactly the work will be done. When we move to the project realisation, the client has access to our Project Line milestone capture system where he remains updated with all the steps of the project.

Our employees and clients are people who share our values. Freedoms and human rights are of the highest value to us. We DO NOT work with organizations whose activities are related to the infringement of human rights, harm to the environment and violent actions.

Our employees are talented people with a broad outlook, working from different parts of the planet. We closely monitor their physical and psychological health and come to the rescue immediately when it is needed. Many of us had to change our place of residence due to circumstances beyond our control. We are against any discrimination based on nationality, gender, sexual orientation and particularly refugee/migrant status, it does not matter to us from which country they had to leave. Every person is a Person who deserves support and a job, regardless of their nationality and country of origin.

That is why it is important for us that our work brings a positive impact, it is associated with the development of technology, improving people's lives, building a healthy and happy society, and always caring for the environment. Projects we are involved in
Volunteering
In Milan, on behalf of Tigre Rossa, our team participates in master classes that take place every weekend for refugee children from Ukraine. These are people who had to suddenly and against their will leave their hometowns, and in such a stressful situation it is very important to support both children and parents. Help them adapt to a new environment and bring bright and positive moments into their everyday life
Design for charity organisations
We regularly create design services for charities that cannot afford the extra expenses and whose activities are directly related to saving the lives of children, adults, animals and protecting for the environment
Donations and aid
We financially support UNICEF on a monthly basis, sharing their goals of caring for children around the world
